Cozevi 30-Day Return Guarantee

To give you extra peace of mind, Cozevi offers an extended return window. You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exclusions: We do not have any hidden exclusions. This policy applies to our entire collection.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@cozevi.com with your order number.

  3. Pack the item securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: Cozevi will provide a pre-paid return label or fully refund your return shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Timeline: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days (though usually much faster).

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@cozevi.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
